Katrina Marler, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA
Hello my name is Katrina Marler. I am the BCBA and owner of Successful Child. I oversee the clinical and administration duties of the company. My favorite aspect of my day is being apart of the daily success’s of our kiddos and working with our amazing families. My passion and dedication to helping our community is evident in the environment I have created. Successful Child was created out of my desire to offer an ABA company that enriches the therapeutic experiences with my belief that “children learn through play.” I am a mother to four sons, four dogs and have been married for 14 years. I thoroughly enjoy being able to spend quality time with my family.
Paul Cooper, BCBA
Hello, my Name is Paul Cooper. I started at Successful Child ABA in October of 2021 as an RBT, became a QASP-S in January of 2023, and earned my certification to become a BCBA in June of 2024. I hold a Masters in Special Education with an emphasis on Behavioral Analysis. I am married and have 2 children. I enjoy ABA therapy because I have seen the results in the lives of the clients that I have been able to serve. I enjoy going fishing with my sons and eating whatever baked goods my wife is making.
Mae Laster, Executive Assistant
Hello! I'm Mae Laster, the Executive Assistant at Successful Child ABA Therapy. I manage new patient onboarding, day-to-day operations, and support our business growth. My mission is to help expand our company and make a meaningful impact on the lives of many families, while creating more opportunities for all. Since joining Successful Child in April 2024, I've witnessed remarkable progress and growth. It's truly fulfilling to support such an incredible team. On a personal note, I aspire to open and manage my own business, applying the skills I'm developing in this role. I am currently pursuing my Bachelor's in Business Management. What I love most about my job is connecting with both families and colleagues, and seeing everyone thrive and succeed together.
Bailee Hill, RBT
Hello! My name is Bailee Hill and I am 23 years old! I am an RBT and have been since February 2021! I have been with Successful Child ABA Therapy LLC since August 2021. Currently I am in an associate's program to transfer for Early Childhood Education at a university. I have a passion for finding ways to help our clients feel confident in their communication because as they say, “behavior is communication”. I have a cat named Bonnie whom I am very fond of! She loves to play fetch with her mouse toys.
Bradley Shipley, RBT
Originally from Ohio, I moved to Jacksonville in 2021. I grew up in a family that has 12 kids and have two young sons of my own. I have always been drawn to helping children grow and learn. My wife grew up in a foster home with many neurodivergent siblings all of whom were adopted and given a second chance. I hope to be able to provide children the same sort of opportunities for success that I have had the privilege to see growing up.
Lexi Lau, RBT
Hello everyone! My name is Lexi Lau. I grew up in South Dakota and got a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology while I lived there. I moved here to Jacksonville NC in April of 2022. I am currently a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). I have 3 younger brothers and my parents who all still live in South Dakota. I am also a dog mom to 1 currently. I truly have much love and passion for the kids I work with and it’s extremely rewarding to see them continue to progress everyday. I hope to continue my passion working for ABA and would like to continue my education through this career as well!
Caroline Kelley, RBT
My name is Caroline Kelley. I am currently a RBT. I transitioned from the field of being a teacher for the past 8 years to a RBT after finishing my masters in ABA in hopes of becoming a BCBA. My husband and I have 2 children and are expecting our 3rd boy soon! As family, we enjoy spending time outdoors, watching movies, and taking mini trips. My love for ABA began when I started seeing the results of the students I worked with in the educational environment and fueled my desire to go back to school to pursue aba full time!
Claire Hoehn, RBT
Hi! My name is Claire Hoehn, I recently moved to North Carolina from California. My whole childhood was the beach and my family! I enjoy to do art and skateboarding on my free time. As well as anything I can do outdoors. I am currently an RBT and hoping to continue my education in this amazing field. Being able to work with kids and see them progress has been so rewarding of an experience. I have truly found the place of work and career that I love.
Faye Atwood, RBT
Hi! My name is Faye Atwood. I am a Registered Behavior Therapist (RBT) and I am currently pursuing my Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). In my free time I enjoy rewatching New Girl, being around my pups, and going to the beach. I firmly believe in the effectiveness of ABA therapy, having observed its significant impact on my former clients. I am eager to apply interventions and procedures to achieve positive outcomes for our clients at Successful Child ABA.
Stacy Flanagan, RBT
Hi, my name is Stacy Flanagan. I have been a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) since 2020 and I’m currently working toward becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. I have recently earned a Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis. My husband and I are originally from Long Island, NY and we now live in Hubert, NC with our dog Penny. One of the most rewarding experiences to me after having worked in this field is seeing the progress made with each individual learner. I’m a firm believer in ABA therapy and I’ve seen how these interventions can be effective in improving the quality of life for our clients. Whenever I have some free time, I enjoy crafting, photography, hiking, and going to the beach.
Amelia Roccisano, RBT
Hello! My name is Amelia, and I am a Registered Behavior Technician and currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in psychology and applied behavior analysis, with the goal of becoming a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA). With over 10 years of experience working with children in different educational settings, I am a firm believer in learning through play, and I am passionate about the positive impact Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) can have on children’s development and family dynamics. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my 4-year-old son and our hound dog, Blue, exploring new places and watching Disney movies together!
Cassy Campbell, RBT
Hello, my name is Cassy Campbell! I am an RBT (Registered Behavior Technician), hoping to continue my education in order to become a BCBA. As a mom of two boys, I have found guiding children as they grow and learn to be the most fulfilling aspect of my life.
I am involved in Special Olympics in Onslow County, where I volunteer across many sports, as well as participate in fundraisers and events. Working with adults and children with diverse needs, nurturing talents and empowering their success, is what sparked a passion towards starting a career in Applied Behavior Analysis. I am thrilled to be a part of the Successful Child ABA team and look forward to supporting each child’s unique journey!

Amanda Tokiwa
My name is Amanda. My family recently relocated here from Hawaii. I have two teenage daughters. We have been blessed to travel the U.S with my husband during his military career. I love spending my free time with my family and exploring the beautiful state we live in. Teaching is an absolute passion of mine. I have taught at many preschools throughout the U.S. I am so excited to work with your child. It’s going to be a year of fun, learning, and adventures. I can’t wait to see what this year has in store for us!

Hello, my name is Hannah Lawton. I am the teacher assistant in the enrichment portion of our facility. My husband is a Marine, and we recently moved to Jacksonville after he was stationed here. I grew up in Utah and am close with my five younger siblings. I am currently working on my Bachelor's in Marriage and Family Relations. From helping raise my siblings to nannying, I have always been passionate about supporting children's growth and helping them thrive.
